Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days from dispatch for UK orders, and 10-20 business days for international orders. These are estimates rather than guarantees, as customs processing and carrier delays can extend them.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders. Any shipping costs are included in the product price.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. Please note that tracking information can take 3-7 business days to become active after dispatch.

 

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

 

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
